Terms and Conditions


There are No upfront or membership fees required to belong to this service, that is provided to Select Quality Artists that are chosen to be listed here.


This Agreement and any posted revision to this Agreement, shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Icons In Concert LLC Services or are a Member.


Termination:


You may terminate your Membership upon written notice to Icons In Concert LLC for any reason. Icons In Concert LLC may terminate your Membership at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability.


Furthermore, Icons In Concert LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including, without limitation, private messages, and emails by you, or to deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Icons In Concert LLC Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability.


Icons In Concert LLC expressly reserves the right to remove your profile and/or deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the services if Icons In Concert LLC determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated this Agreement or pose a threat to Icons In Concert LLC, its employees, business partners, Users and/or the public.


Passwords:


When you sign up to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.


You agree not to use the account, username, email address or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party.


You agree to notify Icons In Concert LLC immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password.


You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.


Proprietary Rights:


Icons In Concert LLC does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that you transmit, submit, display or publish ("post") on, through or in connection with the Icons In Concert LLC Services.


After posting your Content on, through or in connection with the Icons In Concert LLC Services, you continue to retain any such rights that you may have in your Content, subject to the limited license herein.


By posting any Content on, through or in connection with the Icons In Concert LLC Services, you hereby grant to Icons In Concert LLC a limited license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely on, through or in connection with the Icons In Concert LLC Services, including, without limitation, through the Icons In Concert LLC Services to websites or other services which are linked with your Icons In Concert LLC account (collectively, "Linked Services"), including, without limitation, distributing part or all of the Icons In Concert LLC Services and any Content included therein, in any media formats and through any media channels.


This limited license does not grant Icons In Concert LLC the right to sell or otherwise distribute your Content outside of the Icons In Concert LLC Services or Linked Services.


After you remove your Content from the Icons In Concert LLC Services we will cease distribution as soon as practicable, and at such time when distribution ceases, the license will terminate.


If after we have distributed your Content outside of the Icons In Concert LLC Services, we will cease distribution of such Content.


Notwithstanding the foregoing, you understand and agree that once Content is distributed to a Linked Service or incorporated into other aspects of the Icons In Concert LLC Services, Icons In Concert LLC is under no obligation to delete or ask other Users or a Linked Service to delete that Content, and therefore it may continue to appear and be used indefinitely.


Copyright:


All content, including text, graphics, audio-video clips, and other material on this website is under copyright, trademark, patent or trade secret and other laws, by Icons In Concert LLC or the respective owners of such content unless indicated otherwise.

Posting of Content:


Icons In Concert LLC may reject, refuse to post or delete any Content for any or no reason, including, but not limited to, Content that in the sole judgment of Icons In Concert LLC violates this Agreement or which may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights of any person or entity, or harm or threaten the safety of any person or entity.


You are solely responsible for the Content that you post on, through or in connection with any of the Icons In Concert LLC Services, and any material or information that you transmit to other Members.


You represent and warrant that: you own the Content posted by you on, through or in connection with the Icons In Concert LLC Services, or otherwise have the right to grant the license, and the posting of your Content on, through or in connection with the Icons In Concert LLC Services and/or Linked Services, that does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity.


By granting Icons In Concert LLC a limited license to display your content (such as photo's, text, video/s and/or audio, etc.) creations for the public or private promotion of you anywhere, you represent, warrant and agree that: Icons In Concert LLC is FREE from any royalties, fees and any other monies owing any person or entity, whether public or private. You further agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person or entity by reason of the use of any Content posted by you on or through the Icons In Concert LLC Services and/or Linked Services.


Prohibited Activity:


In using this site, you must not:

  • Post, send or otherwise transmit to or through Icons In Concert LLC, any unlawful, infringing, harmful, harassing, defamatory, threatening, vulgar, sexually explicit, hateful or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.
  • Post, send or otherwise transmit to or through Icons In Concert LLC, any content containing nudity, excessive violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website,
  • Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others;
  • Upload or otherwise make available, files that contain images, software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, including without limitation copyright or trademark laws and rights of publicity and privacy unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary authorizations to do the same;
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in any way.
  • Use our forms for online marketing;
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Assist or permit any persons in engaging in any of the activities described above.
  • Engage in any other activities that Icons In Concert LLC deems distasteful or illegal
  • Violations of the above, may result in removing the offending Content from Icons In Concert LLC Services, terminating the Membership of such violators and/or reporting such Content or activities if deemed necessary.


Protecting Copyrights and Other Intellectual Property:


Icons In Concert LLC respects the intellectual property of others, and requires that our users do the same.


You may not upload, embed, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that infringes any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any person or entity. It is Icons In Concert LLC's policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the membership of repeat infringers.


If you believe your work has been copied and posted on or through the Icons In Concert LLC Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us by submitting the form found at and includes the required documentation below. http://www.iconsinconcert.com/contact.php.


Your notice must include the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted words at a single site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Icons In Concert LLC to locate the material;
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit Icons In Concert LLC to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an e-mail address;
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or the law;
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
